Retail content and strategy

In collaboration with branding and interior architecture studio Four-By-Two, we lead the content strategy for Studio B, a new concept in retail banking. Studio B is a ‘smart space’ designed to create ways for customers to explore new thinking about how to balance life and money. 

At the heart of the space is the ‘Lab’, where customers are invited to collaborate with B to open up conversations about the future of banking.

Our role was to advise on content strategy, establish the role of moving image content used in store and to create bespoke content to express the upbeat, conversational tone of the ‘B’ brand.

We developed a vibrant animation style to be used on screens throughout the store, the centrepiece of which is a ‘magic mirror’ comprised of 4k screens hidden behind mirrored glass.

Studio B exists as an ‘innovation lab’, encouraging dialogue between brand and customer. The content had to be on-brand and eye-catching, but ‘human’ in tone. The purpose is to encourage collaboration and conversation.
